"Always Great Service"
Took our Excursion in for 140,000 check and oil change. Serpentine belt needed replacement and the still had it ready before 5. Always a pleasure to work with them.

Deborah said her experience was horrible. She will never go there or recommend the business again. They charged her for a smog inspection, which her vehicle failed. If they would have looked under the hood first, it would have prevented the problem, because they would have visually seen it. They said her cold air intake manifold was an after-market product, and it required a special sticker on it. They could have seen that right off the bat, and told her she needed that sticker, without running the whole test first and charging her for it. She said her vehicle failed due to a technical issue, not to her engine not working. She stated her good faith could be restored by refunding her money back.

Deborah, we are saddened to hear that you were not pleased with our service here. We understand the frustration of having to pay for a failed smog and we hope you can understand that the insepction required to pass or fail a smog is a labor cost we pay to our smog techs.

There is a list of things we are required to look at in combination with the emmssions test per California Bureau of Automotive Repair and the Air Resource board.

Although this review bums us out we know it pleases the B.A.R. and California Air Resource Board. When they're unhappy we lose our licensing and ability to provide for our families and lifelong customers that depend on us.

We will not issue a re-fund but we do offer a lower cost Re-smog fee.

"Great service!"
Brought in my sons 23 year old pickup for a couple of repairs while he was changing military duty stations. They handled that request for an appointment with a small window of time easily and managed to not just fix the problems but find the needed parts as well. Sent my son off the next day with his truck running great and everything working!

"Smog Service"
My 1990 Toyota pickup needed a smog check for registration. It is old with a few engine issues. However, PJ's was able to pass it and provided me constant feedback with the issues during the process.

"Fast friendly service. "
Nick is great. He remembers you and your vehicle. He does not try and up sale you. I have been coming to him for years. I normally fix my own vehicles and only bring my vehicle to a mechanic when special tools or diagnostic eguipment is needed. I recommend him to all my friends.
