Spoke with Tim. He gave the business a 3 rating because his RV was at the business longer than he expected, but he chose not to elaborate about how long. He said the parts needed to be ordered took a bit longer than the business expected. When he arrived to pick up his RV either the business was short handed or there was a miscommunication because there was a lot of activity going on and the delivery process took long.

Thank you for your feedback, we apologize for any time you had to spend waiting. Sometimes the parts for repairs take much longer than we anticipate and we do what we can to expedite the process. As far as your delivery process, I will use this example in our next training session. Again, thank you.
