Chris said he was not completely satisfied with the communication between himself and his service advisor, because she didn't explain the charges well enough. She could have broken it down better so he had a better understanding. He had no idea it was going to be so expensive. He was not completely satisfied with the quality of the work performed because he didn't like how they installed the flat screen T.V. He had to take it off and remount it.
