Nogi said that he was not completely satisfied with his overall service experience due to the fact that the detailing this business did was very average and they could have done a better job. He also thought they overcharged him. It also took this business a very long time, it took this business a week and a half just to get back to him. He was not satisfied with the communication between him and his service advisor due to the lack of cleanliness. He was not satisfied with the quality of service work performed for all the reasons already mentioned. He would not recommend this business for service for all the above reasons.
