Robert stated that the services he requested were not completed during this visit. Patty, an advisor was great. She called and kept him informed of what was going on during the service visit. An advisor called and informed him that there was a soft spot in the roof of the RV that needed to be repaired and the whole roof needed to be resealed. Three weeks later he found that the soft spot had not been repaired. He asked to have the carpets cleaned, the faucet in the kitchen replaced and the windows tested for leaks. He also found that these issues were never addressed. Due to this experience, he will never recommend the business nor will he return for service.
