Micheal said that he could have been better served if they paid more attention to what they were doing. When they were servicing the vehicle they used his adapters but didn't put them back. He didn't notice until he was getting ready to use his RV and he wasn't able to. He had to make arrangements to come back and get his adapters. This problem could have been avoided if they had paid better attention to putting things back after using them. Other than that everything else was fine.
