Spoke with Montine. She said she was completely satisfied with her overall service experience, however, it took a long time for them to complete the service. She dropped her RV off in June and she just picked it up a week ago. She mentioned that they were very sorry about the time it took, so they compensated her. She chose not to evaluate if she was completely satisfied with the quality of service work performed on her RV, because her husband was the one who checked it out. The business could serve her better, by having quicker service with ordering parts. That was some of the hang up with her experience and she doesn't consider that as normal.

We apologize for the delay in your service work. This is not a normal time frame for a typical service from Poulsbo RV. Sometimes service repairs are held up because of things that are out of our control. In this instance, this was the case and you were compensated for the delay.
