I visited Precision Tune Auto Care in Morrisville, NC for a state inspection, which was fine, and a transmission oil change. After the price quoted, I asked for a discount coupon and they gave me a 20% discount coupon, however after waiting for more than an hour the technician came by and said they will have to charge me $20 more for a special kid of oil for Honda Civic, which left me no choice but to accept the job to be done. I believe the company should have known this upfront from the model of the car and giving me a reason for CVT is not fair enough. This wiped off the discount of 20% promised earlier. Make sure you get the service charge in writing upfront and if things change then complain and warn others.
