I am writing a small review because SureCritic has limitations on the number of characters. I have created a website to speak to this review in detail. It is not complete but it will be soon and you might find it interesting to read. https://njprestigeauto.com/
Purchased a used Mercedes in August 2017.
Drove home from New Jersey to New York.
Check engine light came on as I neared home.
Took to local Mercedes Dealership.
The cost to date in repairs, $3000.
Final repair was too expensive so I called Prestige Lincoln and they said they would work with me.
Prestige Lincoln took my car back to New Jersey.
It is now December 21, 2017, and my car is returned. It is not usable due to a bad axle.
I have yet to be able to use the car.
The salesman that lied about its condition, Gary Parker.
Service manager for the dealership which did nothing but send back an unsafe car, Richard Deming.
The General Sales Manager is Vic Fiore.
That is the short story. As I have said, the car was purchased in August, it is now December and the car is too expensive to repair. I am out $15,000 between the cost of car and repairs that I did.
As an update, it is now nearing the end of January 2018 and I am out a full $15,000. The dealership claimed they would work with me but have gone silent.
