Disappointed
My mother’s washer fluid pump was not working properly. Sign on counter says $45 to diagnose, which we understand but when we picked up car he charged $71.00. Mom asked about the sign and Mike stated there was a sticker over that price at one point and now it’s gone. Claimed the whole front end needed to come off to access the pump. $371.00
Other mechanics said the tire and wheel well come off to access pump. Found a company we feel comfortable with.
