"TLC for my CRV"
The staff is very professional and still friendly. I chose to wait for my vehicle's service and the waiting room was quiet and comfortable. The service took less than the estimated time. I feel that my car is being cared for by competent technicians at Prosser Automotive. I believe I receive good, solid advice on best practices for taking proper care of my vehicle.

I'm sorry your still waiting on a response from your car lot about your tires. It was quoted to them nov 2nd. It's unfortunate that it's taking this that long to respond to you. Sorry about the misunderstanding Nick. The last conversation we had about the additional part you needed we stated your vehicle would be ready at 5:00 knowing you would  be coming from Ashland we wanted you to be able to have time to set up a ride. The car was completed at 4:45. I do apologize for not calling after car was completed.
