It was like he was talking me out of coming in,being a long time customer,i just brought it in and steve said no problem did you call it in, I said no. I did call in but the guy gave me the wrong answer to all three of my questions and they don't do appointments so I didn't figure I needed to call in?? I know damn well that Steve or gene would have said what's your name? Which car are we working on? We can get you paperwork started and get you in line, this guy offered nothing like I was a pain in the ass to him!!its the guy who sits on steves right,closest to bathroom
