Jeanna said the staff did not do too well with her vehicle, it was not a place for a single mother like her. They wanted her to spend a lot of money just to have something looked at, which bothered her. She would have had to pay the diagnostic plus the actual work, which is ridiculously obscured. She would not recommend the business to anyone she knows. They did good work but she was a little upset she could not go there because of the price. She said they should start including the diagnostic in the total price.

We charge for the Diagnostic time we spend on your vehicle.  We believe for every Diagnostic time we spend on your vehicle, plus the equipment used, we should get paid, just like you would expect your employer to pay you for every hour that you work, We are also trained and certified. We offer a 3 year 36,000 mile nationwide warranty, free road side assistance, a 43+ point maintenance inspection all at no additional cost with any service. We explain everything to detail and priortize service needed and answer questions.
