Great service
For the past few weeks I have been working with Kelson Augustin, service advisor, at Quirk Hyundai. He helped me navigate am issue with my Sonata. It had a rodent nest in the engine area and many wires were damaged and filters clogged. He was always respectful and showed a calming attitude that helped me. Upon getting my issues resolved, I started to drive home, and my car went into "limp mode" so it moved very slowly. I called Kelson from a nearby neighborhood. He came to my vehicle and drove it back to Quirk Hyundai. The repair department found my issue, ordered the part, and fixed my problem the next day. Kelson went out of his way to help me at this time, and as usual he was calm and professional. I would suggest you call upon him whenever you need service at Quirk Hyundai.
