Head unit replacement for Hyundai Santa Fe taking too long
I bought Hyundai Santa Fe 2023 in January 2023 from Quirk Hyundai. Shockingly, the head unit (infotainment system) I received was the faulty one. I requested the service department about the issue. Firstly, they denied about the issue and told me to live with it. I insisted for replacement and now it’s been more than 3 months I have been waiting for the replacement of head unit. Every time I call them, they say they are waiting for the part to be received. It’s been 6 months already when I got this faulty system and looking at the service provided by quirk Hyundai, I am now expecting to count more!
