False promises terrible service
This is not a legitimate business. Half of the time their answering machine mysteriously doesn't work. They were unable to complete a simple brake job. I showed up during business hours to check up on my car and the lights were out the owner didn't return any of my calls. Then some random guy walks across the street and tells he the owner told him to tell me that they were gone... wtf I will now need to call the police to report a stolen car! What a joke. This has got to be a total scam

Poor quality service
I received an oil change and tire rotation about 2 months ago from here. The customer service was lacking so this week when I was due for another tire rotation and oil change I went elsewhere. It turns out when I got my service done here, they damaged a bolt in one of my wheels and I had to pay $200 to fix it. When I reached out to the manager about my concerns about their service, I was spoken to very rudely, he did not listen to my concerns, refused to take responsibility for this, made up lies about what happened that day, and ultimately hung up on me. As a single woman I was treated poorly and felt very disrespected. I will not be returning and do not recommend their services.

as with everything we do it is under waranty but it must come back to me at least to look at it if i cant fix it ill send it to the correct place
this customers story keeps changing with the cost of the repairs dont understand why she was getting a tire rotation and a oil change with in 6 weeks or so but even so if she whould have addressed the problem with us instead of pretty much demanding at first $150.00 for repairs cant even be sure the damage was done in our shop or even that there was damage
any way if you think something is not right brit it back we will be more than fair and take a look and if there is even a chance its our fault we will fix it

Made an appointment with R & R Express Auto Lube and Detail for an oil change on my Tundra and a detail on the 4Runner. They met my expectations, the price was fair and they had us in and out in a very reasonable time

Great family owned business
I took my car in Tuesday morning to get a full detail done and when it was time to be picked up It looked brand new. They did a terrific job With absolute attention to detail for a great price.

Break Job
They got my vehicle in quickly. I thought it would be just the front break pads, but all of my breaks and routers needed to be replaced . Despite the unexpected issues they were fast and courteous.
