Great service
RH Cooper & Son always does competent work on our cars. They go the extra mile to find any problems and explain their findings well. The total cost is explained and the customer is given the opportunity to ok the work. Great place for car repair.

Consistently reliable, affordable and knowledgeable
I've been a customer of Coopers auto sales and service for years now and all I can say is I would not continue to return to both divisions if I didn't continue to receive the best possible service in both divisions. I'm moving to Lebanon by the end of summer but will not seek out another automotive dealership. Simply ecstatic with my experiences across the board.

Fast Service
Very quick turn around for a repair that I cause by unknowingly blowing a major fuse while
trying to jump start one of our cars late on a Friday afternoon. Car was ready AM Monday morning.
Being a long time customer pays off at Coopers. They treat you with very good service.

Great Service After All These Years!
I used Cooper's for a long time when I was still living at my mom's in Landisville. We've been going to another garage as it's just closer and easier to get from but decided after our last visit to that garage that I wasn't getting the answers I wanted when asking follow up questions and while they said my brakes were fine, they were making a loud rubbing noise. Took my car for inspection at Cooper's and they gave me the answers as to what was causing it, and seemingly fixed the issues since I haven't heard it in two days since getting my car back. They could've even tried to upsell me to replace my brakes but they just fixed them. That's an honest mechanic! Not to mention that we had a sidewall bulge on our tire so I dropped it off on Monday when my inspection was scheduled for Wednesday just to have it there and not worry about driving with the sidewall bulge. They got the inspection done on Monday and the new tire was delivered Tuesday and installed with the car back to me before my inspection scheduled appointment on Wednesday. Just awesome service!

Detail
We took my wife’s 2020 Mazda to be detailed at Cooper’s. The inside was literally filled with dog hair. We love our dogs! They did a great job and would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the great work.

The unexpected!
I noticed when I reviewed the invoice at home, there is a concen I observed.The previous year the oil change used Synthetic engine oil which has always been my preference. This year the invoice says Synthetic Blend oil. I left a Ford dealership years ago because of the use of blended oils. Did not expect this from Cooper's service garage. Otherwise I am satisfied with the work. PS: Previous years I received reminders but nothing this year. Was i lost in the move?
