Jim said they were friendly, courteous, and did not cheat him. He had a previous mechanic work on his vehicle and wasted over $300. Their work made his problem worse, but Ray was able to fix it. Finding a good mechanic has been a life long process, but Ray is certainly good. His location is very convenient.

Nikkie said this business does a good job, the staff there are very nice, and she has no complaints. There were a couple of things that they did not do for her that she requested. They were unable to open her trunk for some reason, and there is an electrical problem occurring in every door other than the driver side door. She mentioned that she cannot open the doors unless manually doing it from the inside of the vehicle, which at times this will not work, or else she will have to roll the windows down to have the door opened. She stated that she still needs help with the trunk and with the door locks however she does not know if she will be returning to them because of what they charge for labor work which is incredibly pricy. She was charged $765 for labor itself, and with her not having a job, this was incredibly difficult for her to pay off. She said that in order for her to return, they need to have cheaper labor rates and there needs to be smarter employees who perform the service and who know what they are doing. Other than this, she has no further complaints because they are her friends and she likes them.

"Ray is the most patient and fairest mechanic I have ever dealt with."
I took my car to Ray on Friday and he fixed it that same day even though I stopped by unscheduled and he was working on other cars!
