Christian said the service was good. He went in for an oil change and the business told him everything that was wrong with his vehicle and he didn't ask for that. He also took his vehicle to someone else who was a mechanic and he was told there was nothing wrong with his vehicle other than maybe a problem with the battery. He does not know why they gave him a list of things that were wrong when there wasn't anything wrong.

In response to your review I would like to clarify the issues we found at the time of vehicle service. We found three items that need to be addressed on your vehicle. The first issue was that the battery failed the test we do on every vehicle included with an oil change. Its a simple test that could avoid you being stuck somewhere in need of a jumpstart. We told you about the battery and you declined replacement. As far as finding things that are not wrong with your car, that is not the case. We told you that you need a tire rotation and you declined that even though it is discounted with any oil service. It cost only $10 to rotate the tires with an oil service. The last item we informed you about, at no cost to you, was that the valve cover gasket was leaking oil. On a vehicle with nearly 100k miles this is a normal occurance. Its ok if you would rather not repair problems with your vehicle. But please do not accuse us of being untruthful. We hope that you will return and I would like to offer you a 10% discount towards any of the repairs your 2000 Toyota Camry needs. Thanks for your business.
