I’ve been coming to this service area for 15 years and I’ve never been disappointed with the work on my vehicles. Every mechanic I’ve worked with has always been extremely knowledgeable, explains exactly what’s wrong and I’ve always gotten a fair price. I won’t go anywhere else for my vehicles.

Disappointed and Skeptical After Years of Loyalty
I’ve been going to this shop for years and always felt confident bringing my car here—especially when Omar was around. Unfortunately, my recent experience has completely changed that.

I brought my car in because I was told it needed new brakes, rotors, drums, and a caliper. The total came out to $1,600. Communication during this time was poor, but I trusted the work would be done right. Just two days later, my car still wasn’t driving correctly, so I had to bring it back. I was then told it was a pump issue, which cost even more and left me without a car for two more days. After all that, my total was over $2,000.

Now, not even a month later, my car is making a new noise that sounds like running water when I drive. I’m beyond frustrated and honestly skeptical about bringing it back because I don’t know if I’m fixing new problems or ones that were caused during the previous repairs.

I really wanted to keep trusting this shop, but ever since Omar left, the service just hasn’t been the same.

I loved how quick it tooked them to change my breaks!
I thought that I was going to be there all day wait for my breaks to be replacing but nope I was done by 11am and I had the rest of my day to enjoy! Thank you guys for making me feel comfortable while I waited in an air conditioned waiting room. I really appreciate it.

Longtime Customer Left Disappointed
I’ve been coming to this shop for a while and have always felt confident in the service and professionalism, which is why this last visit was disappointing. I came in for brake work and, after speaking with a few people and comparing costs, I now feel like I may have been overcharged. It’s left me feeling unsure about bringing my car here for anything beyond the basics like oil changes or car washes. I really hope this was just a one-off situation, because I’ve always appreciated the work you’ve done in the past.
