My experience with Rick Case Genesis was exceptional. My liaison was Donald and he was truly special, a true gentleman and an honest broker. Dane, the Finance Manager was also exceptional. Overall, my experience was awesome and I love my new Genesis.
I got my car for thousands of dollars less than less than what another dealer in Miami was charging me. The service at Rick Case Davie was exceptional. I was connected with Donald through a friend of mine who worked at Lexus. Donald came through greatly with the car after I reserved it for a few dollars. I was told I would receive it on a certain date and it arrived almost a week before so it became my New Year's gift to myself. I just love the car. Beautiful, inside and out with a fast pick up, when needed. It even massages my lower back during long rides, literally.
