Robert is the BEST!!
I went in for routine service and Robert Toppas was wonderful! I had a question about the horn on my car and he crawled under it to check it for me!! I've never had a service rep do that for me! Robert always offers his honest opinion of the type of service I need and checks to see when I've had other services done. He's the greatest!

Rick Case cares but it's a little too pricy
Rick Case provides good service but it comes with a price. I like the people who work at Rick Case and feel they really try to please their customers. The only thing that gets me is the service costs. I guess as they say "You get what you pay for" but it would be nice if they lowered their prices (even just a little).

Isaac was so nice
After going to the Hyundai dealership in Plantation Florida that was closer to my job because my check engine light came on and being treated poorly. I made the further drive to the Davie location where I bought my car. Isaac was super nice from the get go. Never asked if I had an appointment just told me he'd get it taken care of.

He was kind-hearted, efficient and got me in and out of there in 2 hours.

I will be using Isaac as my service coordinator from here out.

fast, friendly, efficient, affordable
I took my Elantra to a neighborhood repair shop for a brake job thinking it would be cheaper, but I could not afford their quote so I took it to the dealer where I bought the car and they made the proper repair and saved me over $900. The dealer's mechanics know what they're doing and they do it right, quickly and affordably.

If an appointment, the customer should not have to wait 1.5 hrs before service writes up the order and takes vehicle. I may recommend this business to a friend provided there is improvement in the wait time when an appointment is made.
