Honest Review. We had a good experience purchasing my used vehicle. Since then, as issues have come up, we have had it checked, because used cars require maintenance, as we were aware of when we bought the car. After having the used vehicle checked we were made aware that someone had pried the gas cap open. At this point we had not even had to fill the vehicle up for the first time yet, so we had never opened the gas cap. So, this was a preexisting issue, we were also not made aware of the windshield not being compatible with the vehicle's technology, so the appropriate electronics do not work in the vehicle. The vehicle also had 3 different tire brands on it, which is not recommended by the maker of the vehicle. Instead of being up front about the issues they have continued to be unwilling to communicate about the current issues. The repair that was offered was not appropriate, as we got a second opinion. The repair they have offered would require more money, more time and more repairs in the future on our part. Very disappointing for a local business. We expected more from a local business because we have had many families and friends support in the past. We are sad to say we would not recommend going to this dealership to purchase a vehicle or service.
