Some of the best and the worst people, great job, Enjoyed working there, Hard job
I worked at Ridgecrest for several months, as the light service driver. This is one of the hardest liens of work that someone can get into.
The job is a job where people have to be rough and tough to meet the demands of even the most ridiculous customers. Some of the complainers are very snobbish and do not understand how this line of work is.
The people at the Franklin shop were amazing Joe,Austin,Ron ,Jeremy,Giuseppe were and are my friends and are amazing people. This business has very high standards for everything, and due to stress people get overworked and stressed out which can seem like anger but is just stress. When people are stressed out they tend to have tunnel vision .My reason for leaving is events changing in my life, such as achieving a masters degree, and some other workers that the management has no idea what is going on such as an individual and a dispatcher and possibly another individual tag teaming to weed out the ones they don’t like . This also caused another employee to leave.
As a pastor honesty is very important to me. The business is great, but don’t expect things to be easy . This is a hard job, one of the best jobs that I’ve had .
