Glenn said they were pleasant and honest. His first experience with this business was when the microwave broke in his vehicle. He originally contacted the business he purchased the vehicle from, but they didn't give him an indication of a price. He contacted this business instead and they gave him suggestions on where to buy a replacement, the requirements for the microwave, and the expected price. His vehicle was ready a week and a half late because of a parts delay. They found a plastic fixture to replace the glass fixture. They called before purchasing the part to see if the price and replacement part were suitable.
