"Integrity and honesty"
I had my wife take the car in for an oil change and decided to have them do the back brakes at the advice of the local place we got our tires from. They claimed that the brakes needed to be replaced as soon as possible. I usually do all of that sort of work but couldn't because of a busy work schedule. The dealership looked at both the front and rear brakes and neither needed to be replaced. We still had them do the oil change though. I really appreciate their honesty and integrity in this matter and will need to re-evaluate the relationship with our tire shop.

"Will not return here for purchases or service again"
2017 Sonata was purchased there in the Spring 2017 (3rd purchase from this dealership). With less than 3000 miles the car had a major air conditioner issue that caused water to pool in the passenger floorboard. Was told by the service department that it would take a week before I could get an appointment to have it looked at. Once the service was completed, water continued to dip into the floor, as I believe all of the water was not cleaned from the dash. The dealership was to complete the first oil change while the car was in for the service, however they fail to do so. I discovered that the oil change was not done when I reviewed the paperwork at a much later date, requiring an additional trip in for oil change. On my third trip to the dealership for the second oil change, I had to finally tell service that I would have to have my care back even if service was incomplete. At the 55 minute mark from appointment time, I questioned how much longer service would take, I was told at that time that service was delayed due to the car ahead of me having an ammonia smell that required service staff to let the car air out before doing the needed work. 15 minutes I told service person that I needed my car back, another 10 minutes and my car was returned. I was also told that my car had a recall but the part would have to be ordered, with an additional trip back for recall work. The recalled parts came in last week. The dealership called my husband (who has nothing to do with this car) 3 times to schedule the appointment for the recall work. Each time my husband told the dealership that he was not the person to contact regarding this vehicle and provided my number. After the third time of hearing this from him, they called me. I told the lady that called me not call my husband again (this was not the first conversation that I had had regarding appropriate contact information for this vehicle). I also told her that I have not had good experiences at this dealership and I am contemplating returning there for this recall work. That the part would only be held for me for two weeks, she will remove my name from the part, and if I did decide to come there, I would have to have the part ordered again. No concern for my dissatisfaction....only added more!!! Customer LOST!!!
