Very Poor Experience. I will never go back again.
The Robert Woodall employees never called me to tell me when they were going to start repairs on my vehicle. The employees also never called me to tell me that my vehicle was ready to be picked up from the shop. I had to call them. My vehicle was never fixed right in the first place. My vehicle was in your shop twice in 8 days. Very bad customer service. I never received any paperwork regarding my vehicle repair. Robert Woodall Collision Body Shop is ran my family members who lie to customers like me, they also did not put my vehicle on the computer before giving it back to me, they never explained what they were going to do to my vehicle, nor did they explain what that actually did to my vehicle to fix it. I was also never given any quotes for any repairs. I will never go back to Robert Woodall for anything again. The service and repair departments at Robert Woodall Hyundai sucks too. I called and left a voicemail message with the service manager at Robert Woodall Hyundai in Danville, Virginia, and the service manager never called me back. Robert Woodall needs all new employees including new managers and they need training on communication and customer service ASAP.

Over the top service
I left my car while at a doctor's appointment. By the time I finished, the shuttle driver had gone home. The Service Manager came and picked me up. That was so appreciated!

Mystery Noise
For over a year I experienced a mysterious clunking sound in the right rear of my 2016 Sonata Sport and finally on my last visit, Woodall Hyundai finally were able to locate and eliminate the mystery noise, a stone was found to be caught somewhere in the rear area of the vehicle. It took a while but, was finally taken care of.

Great Dealership
I recently purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe and had a great experience at this dealership. I was not expecting to purchase a vehicle at this time due to fact I already owned a 2013 Tucson and was happy with it. However, when I saw this Santa Fe and inquired about trade in value for my vehicle it was a deal I couldn't pass up. Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process from the Sales Manager, the salesperson to the financial department. I was actually with my daughter who purchased her first brand new vehicle, a Tucson, and we both ended up driving home new vehicles the same day! I highly recommend this dealership. I had previously tried to trade in my Tucson at another dealership but was not given a good trade in value (negative equity). With Robert Woodall I ended up with positive equity amount to apply to the purchase of the Santa Fe. I love my new vehicle!!
