Had my 04 excursion in recently for blown HPOP and concerns with a plugged oil cooler. From the second I called to make an appointment I knew I would be in good hands. Rob took the time to listen to everything that was going on and did not rush to get off the phone. Rob and his team diagnosed my vehicle and called me quickly laying out all of my options in detailed estimates. From there the process was even smoother. Excellent communication and updates through the entire process of all my repairs. At no point did I feel pressured or given a sales pitch. Rob and his team are very knowledgeable, professional, and approachable. Not to mention, had my truck done in time for my upcoming camping trip when they said they would. It’s hard to find a shop that you can trust and can be accessible for any questions or concerns. They definitely live up to their reputation. The truck is running great. I couldn’t be happier and will be a Robs Truck and Auto customer for life!
