Susan said the vehicle was supposed to be ready in 2 days but it took 2 weeks. It was not their fault because the hurricane delayed the delivery of the parts.

Yes, unfortunately we did run into some issues due to system communication. I know not having your car that long must of been an inconvenience. I know we have somethings pending for futuer repairs and are willing to offer a discount for the trouble. Thank You!
