New tires, scratched rim, bad alignment, loose lug nuts
New tires put on. Whats included is scratched rim, bad alignment, loose lug nuts. I would give them a 5 star if it went toward customer unsatisfaction and poor service with not caring about the customer. The owner and manager could care less if you came back. Worst experience of having work done on my vehicle. Should have listened to all the people that told me not to go there. Go anywhere else. Wouldn't buy a valve stem cap from them if i needed one.
