VERY, VERY IMPRESSED WITH PROFESSIONAL COURTESY AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL AT EVERY LEVEL.
SWITCH TO DEALER SERVICING AND OEM PARTS GOT RID OF PERSISTENT PROBLEM THAT MY TRUSTY OLD MECHANIC JUST COULD NOT RESOLVE, AS MUCH AS I LIKE THE GUY. HE JUST COULD NOT COMPARE = SORRY BUDDY, BUT YOU COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT. ONE TRIP TO THE DEALER AND USE OF OEM PARTS DID IT. JOHN THE SERVICE MANAGER ESPECIALLY DID IT. JOHN IS JUST AS FUSSY AND PAYS JUST AS MUCH METICULOUS ATTENTION TO DETAIL AS I DO!!!!!!!!

Amazing Customer Service
It was my first time at Rt. 2 Hyundai in Leominster. I had some car trouble with power steering and my mechanic told me visit the dealer. They promptly took me at 5 for my appointment. A kind woman with blonde hair helped me figure out what to do. She also said if she could save me some money she might be able to get the service done for free even though I no longer have a warranty. They serviced my car within an hour while I waited on some comfy couches. They even updated some things and all done for free! I was pleasantly surprised by how much they wanted to help me and told me to please come back again for anything! I am going to continue servicing my car there from now on and only a 20 minute from my home! Thank you Hyundai!!!

poor customer service
4th car i bought from them. first 3 never had a problem. brand new 2017 Vorster with 4,000 miles on it broke down. difficulties getting a rental car. manager from service stated reasoning why i was not able to get a rental was because "that what cars do. they brake down." lied to about other companies that we where able to get rental cars from by service manager and finance manager. told we would have to pay for rental. unprofessional. car has been being worked on for 13 days and they are unable to fix it and dont know when i will be getting car back.

Easy, fast, friendly service
I have had my car serviced twice at Rt 2 Hynundai. Each time the service representatives were courteous and attentive. Listened to whatever issues I had and helped me in a speedy fashion. My car service was faster than I expected each time. Plus, the massage chairs in the waiting area are VERY comfortable! :)

Excellent Service
The road service left me waiting for more than 3 hours, so I was pretty testy by the time I got to the dealership. They were so nice and accommodating that I was really pleased. They had me in and out of there in 30 minutes!
