Flat tire
Imagine getting a flat on the coldest night of the year, on way to pick up wife from work =( After checking with police to insure I wouldn't get ticket overnight, called AAA next morning and had my baby brought to Rte 2 Hyundai. Arriving essentially unannounced, they took care of the trouble in no time. Thanks guys!

120,000 Mile Checkup
Brought my vehicle in for 113,00 mile checkup. Serviceman reccomended a repeat of the 60,000 mile service, which was basically a tune-up and oil change. Service took about 3.5 hours. I waited in shop for my car. Serviceman was very professional and gave me updates on the progress the were making. My vehicle now runs just as goid as the day I bought it 11 years ago. I will definitely bring my vehicle back for the next service. The price was a little steep, but you get what you pay for when you go to Hyundai. Thanks for a job well done!

Preventive Maintenance - timely and on my schedule
I found myself in the area on Tuesday afternoon, called to check on availability and sure enough I was told to come in. I arrived 20 minutes early and vehicle was taken right away. Service completed timely and I was out 15 mins after the appointment time I scheduled just a couple hours earlier. Always friendly and informative staff. Always feel welcomed and valued as a customer.

convenient
I was able to get a 5 PM appointment which was very convenient. The car was done at the expected time. What I don't like about the service staff, which seems to be universal, no matter where you go, they always turn off your automatic headlights, so when you go out at night, and you aren't used to switching them on, you could accidentally drive off without headlights on. Service staff should always leave the headlight setting alone.

Out Standing Customer service.
My last review was submitted out of “Frustration”.
The Hyundai Customer Service Department has dealt with my frustration each and every time I have walked thru the door. Upon my last visit,(2/4/19), I walked in and J. Sedam (Service and Parts Dir.)met me before I walked in the door. Mr. Sedam knew my frustration. So, he took the time to get his hands dirty, pulled out his extra ammunition and dug deeper into my vehicles’ problems. I couldnt’ ask for better services. Thanks to all Route 2 employers for all your services.

Not a happy customer right now!
Apparently, the problem that I am having has not been resolved. The coils were switched, moved around and replaced and the car worked fine driving off the lot.
Unfortunately, the “Engine Light” is on again.
I’ve never had any problems with other Hyundai cars I have own.
