As far as the inventory levels go, the chip shortage is ongoing and it looks like inventory levels will remain low through the late summer to early fall. It's been a tough couple of years and unfortunately, its not quite over yet.

How things were explained during the finance portion though was inadequate. The staff member was rude to my husband and myself when confronted about what he DIDN'T tell us about canceling an extended warranty (which was the next day). Was told there was nothing he could do to change it, but yet the manager Steve was able to correct it.
