This is a very shady business I will never go back.
I received oil change coupon in the mail from RPM Auto Center for $34.99, I took my car in I ask how long it would take, he told me 30 minutes, 45 minutes after waiting he told me there was a nail in my tire on the inside and it’s unrepairable, he said will you like to see it? looking at it I wondered how the nail ended up in the tire, he asked me if I would like to purchase a new tire from them, I said no thank you, he went out and came back and said they weren’t able to remove the oil filter, my car is a brand new car I’ve never had any issues with the previous oil change service provider, he told me he well only charge me for the oil and not for the oil filter, the bill was $32 (is oil filters only $2?) this is a very shady business I will never go back.
