One thing, and maybe it’s just a personal thing, but I drive a lot for work and my car is setup for me. So please, for the love of god, don’t move folks’ seats or mirrors to a different position. When you hop in the car after picking it up and the seat is in some new position, it’s not like I drive a caddy that remembers how I had it set up. I’ve got to mess with it, sometimes over the course of days, to get it back to “normal”. It’s a small, but meaningful touch.
