After volunteering to hold while the representative checked on the status of his colleague I was left on hold for over ten minutes. The response was, "you said you would hold while I checked!" My response was even though I may have volunteered to hold after checking the courteous and professional thing to do would be to inform the customer about your findings and ask if I still desire to hold. After several call backs and finally speaking to desire person Luis, in an attempt to explain to Luis, he laughed and disregard my concerns as if I'm a nonentity. The disrespect of it all.
S&T advertise rental company Enterprise on their phone message and great partnership, however when enquired about this option representative Luis reply we don't promote Enterprise and it's the insurance responsibility to provide rental assistance and or rental information.
Lastly think wisely before bringing your vehicle to S&T. They seem to be more interested in the authenticity of your insurance than the functionality of your driving machine/vehicle.
