I got there 5 min to 8:00 (open time) they didn't show up until 8:30. The mechanics came in stirring coffee, and talking. I told the mechanic my problem and started it up for him to hear. He was way more interested in holding a conversation with me. (wasting more time) I said i was hoping to get it back that day(why I was there when they opened) He told me it would probably Saturday because they were closed Friday( New Years day) I left it. I called about 12:00 to see if any progress was made, I heard the mechanic crying like a child that he hadn't even got to it yet , and told the person that answered the phone to tell me something. My car had been sitting there for 3 hours without them touching it. I called again about 4:00 and was told it was in the bay, someone called me back saying it would be $1300.00 and I couldn't get it done until Monday. They wanted to charge me 1300.00 for a 160.00 part and a tune up. plus not have it done until Monday when I brought it in on a Thursday morning that they were late opening. I told them I'll come get my car..I also went across to the party store (Beverage One) to complain to the owner . He told me to go ahead and get my car , but he would tell them to get it done Saturday and he would call me that night to verify. He never called and I didn't expect him to. Why would he tell me to take the car if he was going to talk to them? I wasted my time all the way around.
