Robert said he did not have a good experience with the business. He discovered that the hood latch was broken, and they did not tell him. He found the piece under the seat later.

Prad said the issue wasn't fixed and his engine light is still on. He would appreciate a follow up and hopes that they will be able to correct the issue.

Justin said it was suppose to be done in 4 hours. They kept his vehicle overnight and it was completed in about a day and a half. He was charged for a new gas cap, the check engine light came on and they didn't do the job completely. He did not know until he got gas the next day that his vehicle had the old gas cap on. He ended up having to return to the facility.
