"BEST AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR EXPERIENCE EVER."
This was easily the best automotive repair experience I have ever had. From the professional and courteous manner in which Ari received my vehicle, to the text message alerts notifying me of my vehicle's progress through the diagnosis and repair process, ending with Sci-Tech repairing my vehicle in a timely fashion and for a fair price. They also performed a free 33 point maintenance inspection but did not use this as a way to sell me additional unnecessary services. You really couldn't ask for more from an automotive repair specialist. They do everything right.

From my initial call to schedule an appointment to leaving, I was so pleased. Staff was friendly and courteous. The maintenance I had scheduled was done in a short time. Additional repairs were done earlier than promised. It is difficult to find a place run as efficiently as this. My new favorite!

"the people are honest and nice"
We have always been treated well. They are honest and don't recommend anything beyond our budget. They are prompt and keep us informed before they make any major repairs. They discuss all the options. I would definitely recommend them - especially for single women that don't know about auto repairs. I trust their judgment.

"I received the feeling of being concerned about my automobile problems"
Originally I took my car to the dealership to solve a problem, they told me that It was going to cost me $3,500 to replace my head gaskets. I decided to get a second opinion from Sci-Tech and their diagnosis was the correct one, that only cost me $321. In the future I will be bringing both my cars to Sci-Tech for any of my vehicle needs, I found Sci-Tech to be professional, knowledgeable, honest and fast.

Fast friendly service. Kept me advised every step of the way regarding the repair of my SUV. Manager was very open and honest about suggested repairs. Very friendly customer-service-oriented personnel at the Grandview facility. Will definitely visit them again if the need arises.
