If I could give no stars, I would. I brought my car to this location 5 times over the course of 6 years. The most recent time, I asked if I could speak to my normal point of contact there, whose name is Zeki. He did not call me back, so for a week I called asking to speak to him, still nothing. Finally the woman at the front desk told me he does not work at that location anymore and he manages all four of their shops. So I finally get the chance to talk to him by going to their Islip shop. After that I waited some more, got my car back, and noticed some damage in the interior on a cover that goes over the speaker in the door panel. I showed up to Islip again since Bay Shore gave me the cold shoulder for weeks about returning a phone call and Islip said they could not do anything. So then I go back to Bay Shore and after showing the manager the damage, and explaining I have been a long time customer, he said to me "you can go and kill yourself, I am not fixing the car" truly deplorable disgusting behavior. I am even disgusted by the fact GEICO recommended them to me in the first place. Truly just so unfortunate all around. For the record, after a bunch of hooting and hollering Islip agreed to fix the damage, but still Bay Shore has not taken responsibility and even made the Islip shop pay for the new part that was needed which mind you took less than an hour to fix. I'm still amazed no one there could be an adult, take responsibility for the damage they caused, and simply fix it.

0-0:35 I first try explaining I have been a long time customer there so I don't feel it is to not fix this and before I can explain that Brock interrupts
0:35-1:35 he's screaming at me and I'm trying to get him to let me talk and finish to no avail
1:05-1:16 then this guy says his food is getting cold, that is why I said eat before we talk
1:16: "You can go kill yourself I am not gonna pay for that"
1:20 Obie begins to chime in first thing he says is to call GEICO, but it is not damage GEICO caused
I am looking down at the floor, listening intently but frankly at this point why should either of you deserve to be looked in the eye? as I said to him, you want respect give respect, I asked for the respect of hearing me out and letting me explain that I have given you repeat business so it isn't right to do this to me, so when I don't get to finish explaining that I'm not going to look you in the eye
1:52 so again after respect is brought up at I am told to respect their lunchtime, again, I tried to and you both invited me in to talk, and then they both start screaming saying they'll call the cops trying to kick me out
2:20 after the three of us all talking over each other, I again try to explain I have brought the car here many times this is not right and the only reason I brought it to their Islip location to try to go the speaker damage after getting the car back was because I didn't appreciate the service given to me by the receptionist
I just want to point out that right around this time in the audio you can hear Brock say to me how old are you and you know what I would be willing to bet that both of those men have somewhere between 10 and 20 years on me, but I walked out of there completely certain that I am light years ahead of the both of them in maturity between the way they were screaming at me
but anyways receptionist said Zeki told her day one to stall me and he didn't want to talk to me. What kind of service is that when I have given you repeat business? I will never step foot in here again
