Jonathan helped me find my perfect car. He didn't haggle or upsell at all. He was very polite, answered all my questions thoroughly, and was patient while I went over the details and made my final decision. Those types of mannerisms in a sales rep made the whole experience so pleasant for me; a car is not a small cost and so buying has to feel relaxed for the buyer. At least that's how it is for me. I'm so glad I bought my car there, I love my new (preowned) car!
