April M. was my point of contact at Sheehy Collision. She explained everything thoroughly up front and also assisted in finding a rental care company so I would have transportation while my Outback was being repaired. The repairs took less time than estimated so thank you to the body shop employees as well. Many thanks to everyone at Sheehy for your assistance.
