This can make a person not want to answer any questions.
We are not service techs so your question of was it done right. Don’t ask the customer. If the car rolls down the road as it is suppose to we assume the repair was correct. If there is a problem we come to the people who are suppose to know.
Oh yes, you need to start believe a customer when they tell you what their car/transmission is doing intermittently and fix it. Stop saying we cannot duplicate it. You won’t because it is intermittent.
Will I recommend this business, not if you keep ignoring problems I tell you I am having and dragging them out till the warranty is over.
So for right now, probably

Our notes indicate on the visit prior to this one, the vehicle was performing as designed and no problem found but if you feel there is still an issue, please stop in, we want to help. We also hear you on those "survey" questions. The manufacturer sometimes doesn't understand the "real world". Thanks for your business!

I would recommend this business although I would warn them of how long it takes.
Dan, thanks for your business and feedback. As part of our oil maintenance services, we complete a thorough multi-point inspection which does take about 15-20 minutes extra. As a customer, is this a service that has value for you or should we not offer this complimentary service or do you want both in under an hour? We ask only to deliver you the service you would expect.

It would have been nice if you had washed our car before giving it back to us. Our dealership in Saginaw did this for us after doing our service and I appreciated it very much.
