The morning I arrived for my service, they took it right in, did a complete service on the car, noted that I had a nail in the side wall, and ordered a new tire. I left the shop,and about an hour later, Johnathan called back. They had received my replacement tire already, and let me come back in that same day and changed it out!! These guys go way out of their way to make the customer feel appreciated. I have never had a garage so welcoming than Skips. Everyone is honest, sincere, and they really try to make you feel comfortable with open discussions about ypur vehicle, what they can do, and what they can't. Not another place like this one.
