This is my second time using SMC for my hitch. He is efficient and the work is excellent. As an example, I once had a hitch installed at UHaul. The tech indicated that be did me a favor by wrapping the electrical connection around the hitch for "easy access." Here, my electrical work was properly run through my trunk where it can be secure until it's needed.
