Thank you for taking the time to let us know how we and Antonio are doing. I do appreciate both posititve and negative feedback from our guests. We are not perfect and always want to know how we can improve our process. I wanted to address some of the issues you mentioned and would like to go over the rest tomorrow over the phone. We are planning to do major construction at the Hyundai store and we are building a new Genesis store as well. It is long overdue and we were finally able to secure a long-term lease to allow for major renovations. Our new store will be finished before the end of the year.
I was not the manager on duty when you purchased your Santa Fe, but I would like to speak with you to find out exactly what happened. I personally want to make each and everyone of guests feel like family and friends. I understand that most people do not buy vehicles very often and it is a big deal and you deserved to be treated special. We obviously failed in this area when you purchased your Santa Fe.
