I came in for an oil change and because of a recall on 2013 sonata's. My car was checked immediately and the oil change was free. I had some scuff marks on the left rear bumper that was pretty significant. The man who initially took my car, told me he would wash it and get the marks off. He did!! Thankfully, I had no issues with the car but was very pleased with the service

Christine was very helpful. She ordered replacement part, called when it was in and set up appointment. Repair was completed quickly and everyone at Service Center was very efficient and professional.

"warm, friendly, atmosphere.....comfortable waiting area....detailed accounting of the work done"
I'm always met with friendly, smiling faces. People are trying to make each customer informed about what has to be done, and the length of time it will take. I'm pleased with the waiting area, which includes water, coffee, and a computer. I get a chance to say hello to my salesman, Ron Jones, who is the best!

My 2103 sonata was recalled and Hyundai replaced the engine. All work was done at South Shore in two weeks and I got the royal treatment from the customer service staff who provided a loaner car. Even went back a few times to get things in my car, someone was always willing to help me get them
