The staff really seems to care about customer satisfaction.
I brought in my car due to (another) recall notice. Upon checking in, it was discovered that there would be three additional recall problems issued. Fortunately, all four problems were corrected with this visit. I've owned this vehicle for almost eight years and, counting the current visit, have had a total of seven recalls. That seems excessive. I wish these issues had been addressed during manufacture.
I have nothing but praise for the Hyundai staff of South Shore Hyundai in Valley Stream, N.Y.

Happy Repair
When the EPS warning light went on red and remained this way all the time, it was a bad news. It could mean a long and costly repair of the power steering system. When I brought my Hyundai Elantra 2010 to South Shore, a service consultant Peter Ikariou explained to me clearly and honestly all options I had. The job was done as scheduled. Fortunately, the situation turned out better, as it seemed. The diagnostic had been performed, minor problem found and all issues resolved. The work was done as fast as possible. Many thanks to Mr. Ikatiou and other employees of South Shore Hyundai for the professionalism and friendliness.
