thank you for taking the time to respond to our Customer satisfaction survey.  We are sorry you feel the way you do about our service and we are not sure what you wanted an approval call for.  The service we performed was our standard Oil Service and Vehicle Visual Inspection report, with no extra services recommended or provided.  The initial work order for this service clearly details the cost of the service.  We would like to hear what more we could have done to make your experience with us better?
