"Great service"
I just needed a headlight replacement but as always bud and his staff were very easy to work with and even did the work while I waited. I always have great value and great service at the Eastport shell.

"Great work on Mercedes g500 at a good price"
Did a lot of work in a day. I know the break pads on my Mercedes are not easy to get to. Finished the breaks and more in one day. Was expecting longer.

"quick friendly response"
On very short notice I needed to replace my battery. bud quickly made certain he had one in stock and arranged for installation first thing next morning. Battery was replaced in only about 15 minutes while I waited at a cost only slightly more than I paid this past summer just for a battery which I had to install myself in another car.

"Fast and friendly. "
My truck was making a funky sound over bumps and felt off when turning. They found the sway bar linkage had broken on the side I was hearing and the other side was so rusted that it was likely to break after the first one was fixed due to the force on the system. Both were replaced and I had my truck back in less than 24 hours (I had dropped it off later in the afternoon). Fast service. Friendly. That’s why I will keep going back.

"repair follow-up"
There were two persistent but subtle issues with the car - brakes that lost pressure, only when pressed for an extended time, and an intermmitent short in the brake lights. Although not fixed the first time, when I returned the car, the garage did fix the problems and without additional costs.
I believe that Bud took the approach of being fiscally conservative and fixed what looked to be the causes of the problems, thereby saving money on extra parts and labor. And certainly, when he discovered that the problems were more involved, he did the right thing - fixed the problems and comp'ed for the inconvenience of coming back a second time.
