Hello. You guys did a nice job fixing the power window, but why didn't you mention that the car would never start up and offer to replace the battery? I'm baffled that you would take $730 and not even bring up the fact that the car wasn't starting!

Thank you for the compliment on salvaging an attempt at your do it yourself window regulator replacement. In that the electric door lock assembly was broken during this process there was a drain on the battery. However the battery was, in your words, less than two years old, and  we assumed that a good charge would take care of the problem. As we sent you off, we did mention that it was an Interstate Battery with a free two your replacement that we could honor if the battery gave you any further trouble after driving for 20 minutes.

Obviously in this heat wave we are experiencing batteries are at their worst, and heat actually is worse for a battery than winter cold.

If your battery continuing to give you problems starting, please come right in so that we can honor the Interstate no hassle replacement warranty.
