Tony said he was not satisfied with the quality of the repair, because there was a glob of paint that ran. When they tried to buff it out, it left marks on his vehicle and it is terrible to look at. He also believes there needs to be another clear coat added. He plans on contacting the business about this issue, to see if they fix it for him. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process, because he was the one who had to call and follow up on the status of the vehicle. He chose this business, because of the price.

I contacted this customer and asked him to bring it in so that we could fix his issues. He never came back or returned calls.
