Spoke with Chris. He said he gave the 1 because of the paint work. It has smears and bubbles in it and he talked with the personnel here and they want more money to correct their mistakes. He also said the repair took 2 extra days and he does not know why. He chose not to elaborate about being kept informed. The vehicle looks worse because of the paint job. He is not satisfied with the estimate either because he thought he was paying for a good job. Because of this he will not recommend this business to others.
